Purpose of this website
This website presents COI, the care areas available and the team, and allows an appointment request to be sent.
It is informative in nature. It does not provide medical advice and does not replace an appointment.
Appointment requests
The form on this website allows you to send an appointment request. Sending it does not book or confirm an appointment.
After you send it, the clinic contacts you through the method you indicated. The appointment is confirmed only when the clinic says so.
The day or period indicated in the form is a preference. Availability is confirmed by the clinic.
Each request receives an internal reference, used only to organise and manage the request.
Prices, payment conditions and cancellation or missed appointment rules are not presented on this website. Where they exist, they are communicated by the clinic.
Health information
The texts about care areas and services are informative.
They do not replace an individual assessment by a health professional and do not establish a diagnosis or indicate a treatment.
In an emergency, contact the relevant health services.
